  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return invoice inside the box.

  Schedule Pickup

  Choose a convenient time slot for our courier partner to collect the package from your doorstep at no additional cost.

  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
